Redemption comes from concept of a slave being bought and set free.  We are free people and free to do the right things but we have to live it!  There is so much hope in God's power to become a better person who makes a difference in our world.

There is no room for pride so Mark and I discuss the points of humility and it's relevance.  I mention a verse about Nebuchadnezzar from Daniel.  He said that the kingdom was built by his might and for his glory and that's what pride is.  It's when I think I did it all alone and I did it for applause - it's wrong!  Just straight talk on an important topice.  

Integrity

Our character counts!  Eric Barfell and I talk about doing right, being genuine, and being trustworthy.  And your integrity does not mean everyone agrees with you, it just means you can look at yourself and know in your heart that you are doing right in God's eyes.  You have a clear conscience about things.  

Spirituality

This world is dazzling with the beauty and all that we love.  It can be easy to forget about our spiritual side so Mark and I talk about training yourself to be godly!  Hope it helps!  It always helps me to think through it, that's for sure!!  

Enjoying Life with Your Wife
